Thomas Gutierrez is an Austin-based chicano artist transforming traditional paint and stencil graffiti into a unique and physical medium, that you can hold in your hands. A graduate of the University of Houston, Thomas developed his passion for creating vibrant and engaging artwork using a technique cut paper during his time in college, since then he has created more than 20 original artworks, including custom portraits, commissions .
