Barbacoa & Big Red” is nostalgia you can taste. I grew up on barbacoa tacos—corn tortilla, cebolla, cilantro, a little salsa. Simple, real, home. And the first time my cousin Arron from Hebronville cracked open an ice-cold Big Red during a barbacoa dinner, man… that mix of salty and sweet hit different. It was the perfect pairing, a little Texas magic I’ve carried with me ever since.
