El Loco (Salvador Dhali)

“El Loco” is my tribute to Salvador Dalí — the wild mind who showed the world that art doesn’t need permission to exist outside the lines. As I found my own voice through paper, every cut and every layer came from refusing to squeeze myself into a box I never fit in. Pushing against the grain wasn’t always easy, but it’s what helped me discover the freedom to be fully me.

Dalí was one of those sparks that gave me courage to think bigger, stranger, louder. His unapologetic imagination reminded me that there’s power in being a little “loco” — in breaking patterns, bending reality, and letting creativity speak without fear. Like that Banksy line says, “Art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable.” This piece sits right in the middle of that truth.
